My birthday also saw me FINALLY visit the famed Johnnie’s Beef. Indeed the best Italian Beef sandwich in town, I got the Italian Combo with Italian sausage. Apparently in Elmwood Park you order it “juicy” instead of “double-dipped.” Cash-only. No refills on drinks.
